With today's budget cuts, schools are struggling
more than ever to provide their students with the richness of culture,
theater, travel, and art. We here at Oak Street Cottages wish to
support the youth and the adults who guide them, by providing discounts
for groups who wish to experience Ashland's gifts of the arts. Many
schools rent all four cottages for an extended educational experience,
or you may use the space for an on-site class, complete with theaters
just a block away! We would love to enrich your students' experience
by making it affordable. Please contact us to discuss your particular
group's needs. Together we can maintain the arts for our children!

Policies:
- Stay 6 nights, 7th night is free!
- We accept personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.
- Two-night minimum stay, please. One night stays are allowed in certain circumstances with a $50 one-night additional fee.
- A deposit of $250 is required for each cottage.
- Reservations will be held seven days pending receipt of deposit.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We will charge your credit card automatically for your convenience, unless you choose to send a check.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m.. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. (Early arrival or late check-outs must be pre-arranged.)
- Children of all ages are welcome!
- Outdoor areas are provided for smoking.
- We will accommodate pets under certain circumstances. Please speak to Constance regarding your specific request. There will be a $150 pet deposit, refundable if there are no damages or extra cleaning needs. Each pet must be cleared with Constance before the reservation will be confirmed. No exceptions!

Cancellations:
- There will be a $50 handling fee per cottage for all cancellations.
- Deposit will be refunded, less handling fee, if cancellation is made 60 days prior to date of arrival.
- If cancellation is made less than 60 days from date of arrival, no refund will be given unless cottages can be re-booked. We will make every reasonable attempt to re-book rooms. Any un-booked dates will be the responsibility of the original booking party.
