Located just behind Sherwin Cottage, Oak Lawn is one our most popular "homes away from home". From the private porch and garden, to the fireplace in the living room, this cottage is cozy and comfortable for up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, color TV, phone, and private sink, offer privacy and comfort. The queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 more. The kitchen and dining room are equipped for everything your family and friends will need for a relaxing adventure in Ashland. Walk just a short block to downtown where theaters, restaurants and art galleries await you!

Sleeps Six
From the moment you step into the cool shaded patio, hung with fragrant wisteria, you realize your vacation has begun. Oak Hideaway's charm abounds, from the hanging front swing, to the fireplace in the living room, to the faux finished walls throughout. This cottage also offers the convenience of handicap accessibility, handy for those young ones in strollers, as well. With a mirror floor plan to Oak Lawn's, across the way, 3 queen beds sleep 6 comfortably. Fire up the barbecue, eat dinner on the patio, or just curl up with a movie in front of the fireplace; Oak Hideaway will be your family's favorite gathering place.

Sleeps Eleven
Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise; read in the comfortable swing; picnic with your family on the front lawn. Sherwin Cottage is the original house at 171 Oak Street, built in the late 1880's by some of Ashland' s early residents. Updated and beautifully decorated, this 1400 square foot two-story house sleeps 11 people comfortably, with 3 queen beds, 3 twins, and 2 extra-long twin bunk beds that work for children or adults. The home features a fully appointed kitchen, large yard with front porch, and a double size Jacuzzi tub. This is our most popular family rental, so get your reservations early!

Sleeps Eight
This cottage has become the favorite of many families that visit Oak Street Cottages. Designed with the living quarters upstairs, the sunlight streams in windows on 3 sides. French doors lead to your own private deck, complete with an umbrella-table, barbecue, and flowering window boxes. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with queen and extra-long twin beds, as well as another bath, this one with a Jacuzzi tub-for-two! The upstairs has beds for 4, and full bath with shower. The "Great Room" has a large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with everything your party of 8 will need for a relaxing, sweet vacation in the "Tower".
