The Cottages

Each cottage is fully appointed and ready to be a home away from home for your family vacation or group gathering.  Full kitchens, fireplaces, private patios, and off-street parking will make your stay in Ashland comfortable. We’re tucked away on a tree-lined street just a short walk to everything Ashland has to offer.

Two-story, three-bedroom cottage, with bunk bed area, sleeps eleven

Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise; picnic with
your family in the front garden area, including a trellis-covered gas barbecue. Sherwin Cottage is the original house at 171 Oak Street, built in the late 1880’s by some of Ashland’s early residents.

Located just behind Sherwin Cottage, Oak Lawn may become your new “home away from home”. From the front porch and small garden area to the fireplace in the living room, this cottage is cozy and comfortable for up to six guests.

Oak Hideaway's charm abounds, from the built-in seating on your porch, to the fireplace in the living room, to the faux finished walls throughout. This cottage also offers the convenience of handicap accessibility, handy for those young ones in strollers, as well. With a mirror floor plan to Oak Lawn's, across the way, 3 queen beds sleep six guests comfortably. Handicap accessible.

This cottage has become the favorite of many families that visit Oak Street Cottages. With the living room and kitchen upstairs, the sunlight streams in windows on 3 sides. French doors lead to a private deck, complete with a table and umbrella, barbecue, and flowering window boxes

Just a block from Ashland Plaza and two blocks from Lithia Park, this studio is ground-level, offering easy access. Banks of windows flood the front of the studio with afternoon light, and a tree-shaded planter in front.
